  QUICK WRAP TECHNOLOGY
  The built-in strap keeper ensures easy and organized storage of your tie-downs.  Say goodbye to the tangled tie-down messes.  Simply wrap the tie-down around the tabs on the end of the shockwave and put them away.  Each package comes with (2) Shockwave™ tie down systems.
